Covered, in plain words

• Lost parcels are our loss, not yours. Ship with tracking to the address on the order. If the carrier never scans a delivery, the buyer is refunded automatically and the sale amount is credited to your balance anyway.
• “Not as described” claims need evidence. A buyer has 2 days after delivery to open a case with photos. You get 48 hours to reply in the order chat. Claims without photos, or that contradict your listing photos and description, are closed in your favour.
• Returns come back before money moves. When a return is agreed, the refund is released only after the tracking shows the item is on its way back to you.
• No chargeback surprises. Buyers pay eddy, not you. A card chargeback is our problem to fight, and it never comes out of a completed sale.
• Reviews are checked. A review from a refunded or cancelled order, or from an account we banned, is removed automatically. You can reply to every review.
• Cancellations do not hurt you. A buyer who cancels before you ship costs you nothing, and the item relists itself.

What you have to do

1. Describe flaws honestly and photograph them — that is what protects you in a claim.
2. Ship within 5 days, with tracking, to the order address only. Enter the tracking number on the order page.
3. Keep the conversation in the eddy chat, where our team can read it if there is a dispute.
4. Never take a payment outside eddy — those sales are not covered for either side.

Timeline of a sale

Paid

The money is held by eddy. You ship.

Shipped

Tracking is visible to both sides.

Delivered

The buyer has 2 days to confirm or report a problem. Silence counts as confirmation.

Completed

3 days later the money is available to withdraw, free.

If a case is opened

You see it on the order page and get a notification. Reply within 48 hours, add photos if useful, and our team decides within 3 business days. You can appeal any decision within 7 days from the same page; appeals are read by a different person.
