Notice & action under the EU Digital Services Act. Use this for listings or content you believe are illegal — counterfeit goods, stolen items, prohibited products, hate speech. For ordinary problems with an order use support.
What happens next: our Trust & Safety team reviews the notice, decides whether to remove or keep the content, and tells both you and the content's author the outcome and the reason. Either side can appeal. Repeated manifestly unfounded notices may be ignored (DSA Art. 23).
